How To Remove A User From Your AMS Account

How To Remove A User From Your AMS Account

If you’ve ever had help for your Amazon Marketing Services ads or hired someone to run your ads, you’ve already added someone as a user to your account.

But if you’ve parted ways and you need to remove them from your account, then you’re in the right place.

So, let’s dig in.

First, you’re going to sign into your Amazon Advertising Account here.

Once you’re in, you’ll be at your dashboard. The below image is going to be similar to what you see.

See the cog in the lower left hand corner? That’s the settings tab. Click that.

Then this menu pops up. It disappears if you move your mouse.

Click onĀ

Access and Settings

In the Access an Settings page of the AMS account, you’ll see who has access to your account, what their role is and what you’ll have the ability to remove users.

This is where you’re going to click – REMOVE USER.

It might ask you to verify, if it does, then proceed.

Then you’re done.
